It’s interesting that after nearly 35 years of making Fast Money several concepts never ever change.
One of those concepts is starting to make itself known again and it’s actually the method by which I made more than 1 years income in 1 very simple deal….at the time of course it was a fluke for me but as a 22r old making $35,000 per annum when I did this deal and made $45,000 I was stunned. Stunned and amused at how easy it was, also stunned at how no one was talking about this, Stunned that my mum and dad were not doing this and Stunned that my bank manager had not suggested I do this.
Today the concept is still exactly the same and just like back then nobody talks about it, Financial Planners won’t recommend it (they don’t get paid), Bank managers don’t talk about it…nobody does…..and yet I can make more money off one of these deals than the average wage in New Zealand for a year and if I’m lucky all I will have to invest is about $3,000.
